When will I get my order and how much will the shipping cost?
As each order is made on-demand to the consumer’s specifications, it usually takes 2-5 working days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The delivery time and shipping cost depends on the item/items weight and your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- UK: 2–6 working days (Delivery prices from £2.99)
- Europe: 2-6 working days (Delivery prices from £2.99)
- USA: 3-6 working days (Delivery prices from £2.89)
- Canada: 2-6 working days (Delivery prices from £3.29)
- ROW: 7-10 working days (Delivery prices from £5.79)
Please note: These delivery times are only rough estimates. You will receive a more precise estimated delivery date when you proceed to the checkout.
We use Royal Mail and DPD for delivery within the UK.
Covid-19
Our fulfilment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
Where will my order ship from?
To provide you with the fastest delivery, we’ve established partnerships with fulfilment centres across the world, including facilities in the UK, US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Australia, and more. Your order will be dispatched from the fulfilment centre that is closest and currently has your items in stock.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfil products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us here with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can reship the order if it gets returned to us, but shipping will be at your own cost.
